happiness tasks
In this section, you'll find more "ELT and the Science of Happiness" tasks.
Unlike those in "10 minutes for happiness", they do not follow a standard format. In many cases they are longer and deeper than those designed to do in 10 minutes.
They are loosely organized by the nature of the tasks.
Recently I was preparing to do workshops in an area where it is often difficult for teacher to make handouts for all the students. I tried to synthesize many of the ideas from this website into a short list. I did this in a way that usually doesn't require photocopies (saves time and trees). That list is on the PDF on this page. (It might be a hand list to carry with you. When you have a few extra minutes, you can plug in one of the activity with little or not preparation).
It was not possible to include all the ideas from this section onto the list.
