I hope to have the first PPT item posted in a few hours.
The slide shows I've been using for workshops are too big to put on this site. What I am posting here are particular bits that I actually use with students.
The first one is a series of words, first negative then positive. Students stand, watch the words and repeat them silently. They notice how focusing on positives or negatives makes a difference in their emotional and mental state.
If there are other bits from sessions I've done that you would like me to post the slides for, let me know.
